The auger drive is a single-stage gearbox with one or two hydraulic motors as the drive. The gearbox is an extremely robust all-steel design that has proven itself under the toughest steel mill conditions. The teeth and bearings are designed for maximum axial and radial loads
The main shaft is designed as a hollow shaft, so the drill rods can be supplied with cooling water.
DRILL TUBE

The inner tube is made with capillary grooves to supply cooling water to the drill bit through the drive. A core drilling crown is welded to the inner and outer tube and can still be easily replaced.
The drill pipe can be supplied with a carriage and a carriage with a drive. Alternatively, each assembly is also independently a single component. The drill pipe is manufactured in diameters from 160 to 520 mm and maximum lengths of up to 4500 mm.
ROTARY FEEDER

These bushings were developed to supply hydraulic fluids to rotating consumers (e.g. hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors, valves, etc.) and have been used successfully in our machines and systems.
Connections from ¼” to 1″ (Dm. 12 to 25 mm) and 2-4-6 channels, each with a leakage oil line, are manufactured by MASCHINENTECHNIK ROTH.
The seals are designed for maximum pressures of 300 bar and temperatures from -30 to +180 °C and for maximum sliding speeds of 1 m/s.
