The production program of machine technology ROTH includes the manufacture of crane components based on the relevant DIN standards, broken down into assemblies, special designs on customer request!
All dimensions and tolerances are determined in consultation, the drawings with the functional dimensions are submitted to the customer for approval.

We manufacture crane rollers with diameters from 200 to 1250 mm. Different designs are available for the bearings.

Wheels with slide bearings, different roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, sealed to the outside, with axles, bearing sleeves, spacer bushes, covers, etc. The wheels are manufactured with attached or flanged sprockets, in solid steel or with shrunk-on wheel rims. We manufacture our rope pulleys as solid steel with web, or as welded single web rollers. The storage is according to customer requirements, as a plain bearing
We manufacture our rope pulleys as solid steel with web or as welded single web rollers. The bearing is manufactured according to customer requirements as a plain bearing with bronze bushes, as a grooved ball bearing with covers and spacer rings, sealed to the outside, as a cylindrical roller bearing with covers and anti-twist bearing bushes, sealed to the outside, or with spherical roller bearings with a torsion-proof bearing bush sealed to the outside. All bearing designs are lubricated with grease through the axle. The width of the rope ring depends on the rope radius (DIN15061-1).
The rope pulleys can be supplied fully assembled, with bearings, covers, spacer rings/bearing bushes or as a finished pulley without assembly parts.
